Pirates were those you could not trust
With their minds filled with lust
I knew silver and gold
were fortunes pirates stole
then hid in treasure chests.

Even ships tried and true
could end up in their grasp
I did not know that
you could be a pirate too.

Not only did you steal my heart
But part of my life as well
I can't recover either one
