How do I get the contents of a form mailed to me?

In your <form> tag, specify action="/bin/form2mail.cgi"

You don't have to do anything else.

We automatically see whose site the form is on, and automatically mail the results to you. (If everyone had their scripts set up like this, there were be a marked decrease in the amount of spam sent.)
